HIGHLIGHT OF THE SECOND MEETING OF THE YEAR 2023 (B.M.S 16/01/2023)
Esteemed Associates, trust you are doing great and all set to hit the market this week for that mega sales?
Here is a recap of yesterday's B.M.S meeting that will help set the tune for your prospecting/ marketing this week.
Our esteemed facilitator Pastor Idoko Kel Banks taught on how to pursue your sales plan for the year 2023. He said, in creating a sales plan and hitting your sales target the following are things to do:
- ? Get MAD AND CRAZY A -: the mad and crazy is not in a case of mental issue but is an acronym for MOVE AND DOMINATE ( MAD) and CULTIVATE RESPONSIBILITY AND ZEAL YOURSELF (CRAZY).
- The world is not gentle for people; if you must make progress, you must be radical and not wait on fate but work with faith.
- ? Never believe all that you hear. Working with a right and positive mindset is a must as perception is key. Because people are talking about the economy and it's instability; if you should listen to those negative stories , you are bound to be discouraged. Remember that despite of the current economy, people are still buying lands, building houses , buying private jets, travelling abroad etc... If it is working for others, you too can succeed.
- ? Tighten your prospecting and limit your cold calls.
- ? Use account entry and sales campaign.
- ? Always emphasize on the benefits and security of your products.
- ? Maintain closeness with your prospects, clients/ customers . Nobody buys from a stranger. You must develop a positive relationship.
- ? Increase your visibility.
- ? Fine tune your sales skills and improve on your sales knowledge.
- ? Believe in your prophet. Although this is spiritual but the bible in 2 Chronicles 20:20 says believe in the Lord your God so you shall be established; believe in his prophet and you shall prosper.
Dir. Monday rounded off the meeting with the announcement and also emphasized more on the reversal on one of our policy as was previously announced by Dir. Emmanuel which is on one of the requirements that qualifies you to be an associate and that is attendance to meetings. As every one is entitled to their commission therefore there won't be any slash of commission again but every associate should let the management know their whereabout if for any reason they won't be around.
Be reminded that there is also a clause attached to this review therefore guide your uplines and successline very well.
? There is work ongoing at DOC Gardens Nteje and in a week time, signpost would be mounted. It is advisable that each time you or a prospect wants to go for inspection, you should contact the Eastern branch manager and he will take you there or connect you with the right person to take you for inspection.
? Good News -: As announced in the first meeting, preparation for allocation in DOC Gardens Whispering palm is ongoing and allocation will take place soon.
? Special end of the year offer has ended on Sunday 15th January, 2023. We are now back to selling at the official price.
? Thanksgiving for the beginning of the year is on the 29th of January, 2023 at All Saints Catholic post service along Lasu - Igando road. Time is 9am Mass and dress code is any White, Blue or Red Native or English wear.
? We are proud to introduce our first book review of the year starting from February - March 2023. Book title is "THE SCHOOL OF MONEY" by Dr. Olumide Emmanuel. The softcopy of the book would be shared in all the branch WhatsApp group so everyone can have it, read ahead and participate along as we do the review.
? If you paid for I.D card or registered last year before December, kindly pick up your I.D card at the reception.
