HIGHLIGHT OF THE FIRST MEETING OF THE YEAR 2023 (A.F.D 13/01/2023)
After a powerful opening prayer led Pst. Idoko Kel Banks, Our esteemed director Mr. Monday welcomed everyone but appreciating the associates for showing up as their presence in the meeting is valued. He also shared briefly on The big picture thinking stating example on Sentinel's startup point when there was only six (6) chairs rented and the directors we're praying for people to come but now the story is different. He said sometime it is not about the money but having the right people around you and also staying focused to work and get results. He rounded off his section by hosting the Candies N' Capture segment and also gifted 7 persons who came in for the first time yesterday with #1000 to support their transportation.
Dir. Emmanuel continued with the second section where he also talked on having a mental picture of where we are going which is the roadmap for 2023 because we can't act for what we have not planned.
What is your plan for the year?
This question,he broke down in 3 phases where we must focus our attention on
- Personal development -: How do you improve yourself so that you can improve your result?
- Sales target -: You must know your sales target for the year as it would drive your action
- What is your recruitment target -: This business has created a system to onboard others to earn from.
Moving on, he addressed some issue he wants the associates to correct/nip in the bud
As associates, don't make your directors too available especially to your customer. The director is a finalizer for you; help us to package them. If you want them to talk to your prospects ,it should be on 2 key reasons:
- Special consideration the custom is requesting for which is not obtainable to you but you want to know whether it is possible.
- We are privileged to have 2 directors, we should stop experimenting between them both. If you are in a conversation with one director and his response is not satisfactory by you, when you reach out to the other director, ensure to let him know that you have been in conservation with one director prior to him and tell him what you've discussed to help him understand and work with you better.
- Your director is not a fellow marketer with you.He should be your final powerful backup based on the impression you give your prospects.
Rounding off, he talked about the programs we have outlined for the year
- Reaching out to allocated customers in block A & B in Festac to start development if not they run the risk if being reallocated within the estate.
- Whispering palm layout is out , all that is required is clearing and parcellation and God helping within two weeks,it should be completed for allocation to take place soon.
- The first grass to grace event for 2023 would be coming up on the 17th of February
In view of that, we are running the corporate theme "EXPANSION RELOADED" which means double your hussle and with that in mind, we are introducing execution strategy in 4 categories.
- From Monday -17th February,any branch that fully registers 25 new associate is getting #1000 per person making a total of #25,000 on that day.
- Individual incentive for bring new associate is also included based on the number of person brought starting from 10 individuals, you get a wristwatch,15 individuals you get a table top gas cooker etc.
- The new associate that will be registered on that day 17th February will also be rewarded in their first deal. The company will give them a commission of 17% . Note-: there is a window for tis reward. They seize to be a new associate by 14th April which is the date for the next grass to grace and the rewards ends if they don't close a deal by then.
- There is now a reversal on one of our policy which qualifies you to be an associate as every one is entitled to their commission therefore there won't be any slash of commission again but every associate should let us know their whereabout if for any reason they won't be around.
Although still in review, uplines who are not committed may not get paid commission if their success line closes a deal.
- Henceforth, bi-monthly award will now be called bi-monthly reward.
- Thanksgiving for the beginning of the year is on the 29th of January at All Saints Catholic post service. Dress code is any White, Blue or Red Native or English wear.
- This year B.M.S , we would be doing a lot of reviews on Dr. Olumide Emmanuel's book "THE SCHOOL OF MONEY". The softcopy would be shared in the branch WhatsApp group. There is also a timetable for that. This is also a step to the personal development talked about.
- If you paid for I.D card or registered last year before December, kindly pick up your I.D cards at the reception.
- This year, owning a car is no longer an annual thing but a quarterly thing as announced during the end of the year party. With #45m sales ,you get a tokunbo car one off or a carry over amounting to #80m annually also gets you a tokunbo car.
- Dubai / international trip after 1st quarter will be reviewed with options
- Lastly this year, not only would you be making money but also making plans & investments with that in mind, the management has decided that every associate that buys land in DOC Gardens also gets to earn the 15% commission on it and no longer their upline.
Also you get paid 15% interest on capital investment such as thrift credit done by you in your name.
To wrap it up, Dir. Emmanuel also gifted the first timers an additional #1000 and the first 3 persons to arrive for the A.F.D meeting #2000.
