B.M.S MEETING RECAP (21/11/2022)
An external digital marketing facilitator, Mr Oluwadamilare Philips took us on the topic "How to Sell on Social Media". He started by stating that, one of the issue most of us have, is engaging on all social media at same time.
He listed ways to sell on social media which are;
1. Choosing the right social media platform: he said, Once you know your target audience, research which social media channels to use mostly.
2. Ensure you Post relevant content(s): Now that you understand who wants to buy your product, you need to create content that is actually relevant to your potential customers.
3. Use high-quality images and video.
4. Utilize all the features available: You should take the time to understand how a particular social media platform work if you want to use social media to sell to its full potentials.
5. Engage with your audience: Social media networks are built for communication and engagement. They offer the perfect environment for building relationship with your potential customers.
6. Keep it consistent: By posting regularly you’ll build an audience online that can translate to an effective social selling strategy.
HOW TO SELL ON FACEBOOK
1. Create a Facebook Business Page.
2. Join a real estate group and be active on it.
3. Establish good relationship.
4. Promote your business with ads.
HOW TO SELL ON WHATSAPP
1. Sign up for WhatsApp business: this app comes with a series of features that can help you automate, sort, quickly responses to messages.
• Create a business profile with helpful information such as address, business hours, description of your business and email
• Create and save quick replies to answer your most frequent questions quickly.
• Create a product catalog.
• Save people's contacts so they can be able to view your WhatsApp status.

1. BMS and AFD meeting will start from 10:30 and ends 12:30
2. Those associates that are still interested in 5th anniversary T-shirt should make order. It would be used as Christmas outfit.
3. Branch managers should start compiling their report for this month.
4. Associates should follow up, on their clients on outstanding payment in various DOC garden locations they purchased.
5. Special end of the year offer was released today on soft copy. Hard copy fliers for this offer will be out on Friday AFD meeting.
6. Associates who made sales from this Special end of the year offer, from 3 million naira and above shall get incentives.
Below are range of price and items associates are entitle to:
- 3million - 5million sale, gets incentive of 5 liter of groundnut oil and a live chicken.
- 5million – 10million sale, gets incentive of half bag of rice and a live chicken.
- 10million – 15million sale, gets incentive of full bag of rice and a live chicken.
- 15million and above gets incentive of full bag of rice and a goat.
